Fernando Gómez-Baquero

Fernando Gómez-Baquero Ph.D. serves as the Director of Runway and Spinouts at both the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute and Cornell Tech since July 2017, overseeing a program that integrates business education, research, and startup incubation. Additionally, Fernando is a Visiting Lecturer at the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and Co-founder of ipHaus, focusing on prefab building solutions. As an angel investor, Fernando supports multiple startups while serving on the Leadership Council of Activate and instructing for the National Science Foundation's I-Corps program. Fernando holds a Ph.D. in Nanoscale Engineering and has a diverse educational background that includes degrees in engineering and economics.
