James Brill

James Brill currently serves as the Manager of Account Management at Best Bay Logistics since December 2023. Previously, James had a progressive career at Echo Global Logistics from August 2016 to November 2023, advancing from Operations Specialist to Operations Manager, a role assumed in August 2021, and Client Ops Lead, starting July 2018. James began as an Account Executive in April 2017, enhancing client interactions and securing shipments. Other prior experience includes positions at Oracle Textura as a Customer Service Representative, International Leak Detection as a Technician, and The Warranty Group as an Internal Account Representative/Product Testing Specialist. Education was pursued at Oakton College.
