John Holloway

John Holloway serves as the Office Managing Partner at Best Best & Krieger LLP since 2005, focusing on environmental law. Holloway's expertise includes advising clients on regulatory compliance, negotiating multi-party settlements, and representing clients in complex litigation involving statutes such as CERCLA, RCRA, and the Clean Water Act. Noteworthy cases include representing the County of Los Angeles in a consent order related to the BKK Main Street Landfill and assisting the City of Monterey Park in recovering costs for water contamination responses. Previously, Holloway worked as a Legislative Correspondent at the White House from 1989 to 1992. Holloway holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from William & Mary.
