Josh Newton

Josh Newton is a partner at Best Best & Krieger LLP since January 2022, with extensive experience in general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, appellate law, and water law. Prior to this role, Josh was a partner at Karnopp Petersen LLP from September 2000 to January 2022 and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable David V. Brewer at the Oregon Court of Appeals from 1998 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Willamette University College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management from Oregon State University.
