Ryan Baron

Ryan Baron is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in public law and regulatory matters. Currently, Ryan serves as a Partner and Of Counsel at Best Best & Krieger LLP and as Chair of the Board of Directors at Sustain SoCal, in addition to co-chairing the Policy & Permitting Subcommittee for the California Stormwater Quality Association. Previous roles include Treasurer of the Board of Representatives for the California Lawyers Association and Treasurer of the Public Law Section Executive Committee for the State Bar of California. Additionally, Ryan has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at Whittier Law School, teaching Administrative Law and Energy Law. With a solid background as Senior Deputy County Counsel for Orange County and previous legal roles at other prominent law firms, Ryan has a proven track record in regulatory litigation and public service. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in Communication from San Diego State University.
