Catherine Belous

Catherine Belous has a diverse work experience that spans various organizations and roles. Catherine started their career in 2014 as a Program Director at Diocese Of Virginia Episcopal. In 2015, they worked at The Episcopal Church as a Marketing Coordinator, where they focused on promoting community development and managing marketing initiatives. In 2016, Catherine joined Best Buddies International as an Employment Consultant, responsible for managing integrated employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Catherine provided job coaching, goal setting sessions, and monitored their progress. In 2018, they were promoted to Program Supervisor, responsible for managing an employment program for individuals with disabilities and supervising a team of employees. In 2020, Catherine was promoted to the position of Director of State Operations at Best Buddies International, where they currently work.

From 2011 to 2015, Catherine Belous attended James Madison University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs.
