Alex Underwood

Alex Underwood is a Senior Content Designer at Best Buy since June 2022, responsible for leading content design for deals, pricing, and employee tools. Prior to this role, Alex worked at Inquirium for 8 years as a Content Designer and Product Manager, where they wrote product content, gathered user feedback, and coordinated large-scale education projects. Alex also has experience as a UX Designer and Web Designer at Long Grove Historical Society, as an Assistant English Teacher at the French Ministry of Education, and as an Intern English Teacher at Lycée Saint Stanislas Nantes. They graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and French in 2012.
