Dan Eder is a seasoned technology operations leader with extensive experience in engineering, sourcing, and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Best Buy, Dan has a proven track record of directing operational activities for mission-critical applications, implementing service level agreements and key performance indicators, and managing significant budgets with annual reductions. Previous roles include Director of Operations & Delivery at Aimia Inc., where Dan led infrastructure operations for the US region, and Director of Technology Operations at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where Dan managed a global team and fostered critical vendor relationships.
