Rajarajan Sampath

Rajarajan Sampath is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Best Buy, where responsibilities include transforming order processing systems and managing a high-performance platform team focused on Kafka streaming applications. Previously, Rajarajan held roles such as Associate Director and Senior Engineering Manager, emphasizing the development and delivery of eCommerce applications. Earlier experience includes serving as a Tech Lead/Architect for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage at Experis IT, where Rajarajan contributed to complex mortgage servicing applications, and holding progressive positions at Wipro Technologies that involved middleware integration architecture for Best Buy. Rajarajan holds a B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from the Madras Institute of Technology.
