Thomas L. Millner

Thomas L. Millner is the current Director at Best Buy, and has been in the retail industry for over 30 years. Thomas started their career at Pilliod Cabinet Company in 1987, where they were eventually promoted to CEO in 1994. In June of that year, they left to join Remington Arms Company as their President and CEO. During their 15 years with the company, Millner led them through a successful turnaround and increased shareholder value. In 2009, they left Remington to join Cabela's as their CEO. Thomas was with Cabela's for 8 years, during which time they grew the company significantly. In 2017, they left Cabela's to join Best Buy as a Board Member. Thomas served in that capacity for one year before being promoted to Director.

Thomas L. Millner graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors in classics from Randolph Macon College.
