Fawn Tipton

Fawn Tipton is a seasoned real estate broker with over 17 years of experience in the industry, currently employed at Best Choice Realty since September 2025. Prior to this role, Fawn worked as a real estate broker at Kelly Right Real Estate and held the position of managing broker at Mountain Real Estate from November 2014 to September 2025. Fawn's career in real estate began as a realtor at CB Tomlinson North from 2005 to 2011 and included a prior tenure as a paralegal at Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office from 1995 to 2005. Fawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Law, History, and Psychology from Eastern Washington University, attended Deer Park High School, and is dedicated to assisting clients in buying and selling homes, committed to providing support around the clock.
