BEST, Board of European Students of Technology is a constantly growing non-profit and non-political organization. Since 1989 we provide communication, co-operation and exchange possibilities for students all over Europe. There are 96 local BEST groups in 33 countries. Our values are flexibility, friendship, fun, learning and improvement. Our main goal is to bring the employing companies closer to the students from Technical Universities. In Cluj-Napoca we are present since 1995. In this moment the hierarchy of the organization is: 5 board members: President, Treasurer, Human Resources Vince-President, Public Relations Vice-President and Chancellor, 16 voting right members, more than 60 members and more than 100 alumni (former BEST members). We recruit about 25 new members twice a year, in October and March. Every year we organize events that have the main target the students of the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca such as Freshmen’s Guide, BEST Engineering Competition, JobShop, Battlelab Robotica, BEST Training Week and a Summer Course.
