Jamie Linkous

Jamie Linkous, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Recognition Programs at Best Companies Group, where responsibilities include partnering with global HR leaders to create customized employee engagement surveys and conducting strategic meetings with C-Suite executives to leverage survey data for workplace improvement. Previously, Jamie held the HR Director position at Taylor Made Sales Agency Corp, overseeing the HR function for North America's largest Thoroughbred Consignor. Jamie's extensive HR experience spans several companies, including roles as VP of Human Resources at Concept Packaging Group and HR Manager positions at Liquid Container and Walle Corporation. Jamie began the HR career as a Generalist at LINPAC Materials Handling and Ropak Corporation. Jamie holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
