Previously, Frank held the same title at Sublime Brands from October 2018 to May 2022 and served as General Manager and Inventory Manager at Zen Dispensary from November 2014 to October 2018. Frank's career also includes a notable tenure at L3 Technologies as an Intel Watch Officer and extensive military experience in the US Army, where roles spanned from Intelligence Analyst to Drill Sergeant, Military Instructor, and Career Counselor. Frank began military service in 1987 and focused on intelligence and language skills, culminating in education from DLI-FLC in 1992.
