Kathleen Fletcher is an experienced project manager with a strong background in sales and project coordination. Currently serving as Project Manager for Best.Energy since November 2021, Katherine leads a multi-disciplinary team focused on energy efficiency solutions. Prior to this role, Kathleen managed significant projects for Crown Worldwide Group, specializing in migration projects for Citibank. Kathleen's extensive sales experience spans several prominent hotels, including the positions of Senior Director of Sales at Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur and various assistant director roles at multiple establishments, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, implementing strategic action plans, and overseeing key corporate accounts. Kathleen holds an SPM degree in Science from St Francis Convent Secondary, completed in 1991.
