Mary Meraz has worked in various roles since 2015. Mary began their career as a Temporary Associate at CitiStaff, Inc. in 2015. In 2016, they became a Production Team Member at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., where they were responsible for coring, trimming, chopping, and blending, as well as operating a hand pallet jacket and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling between 20 and 30 pounds. In 2018, they moved to Bonduelle Fresh Americas as a Line Inspector, calibrating test equipment, checking PPM, pH, water levels, temperatures, chlorine, and metal detectors. Currently, Mary is working as a Quality Operations Inspector at Best Formulations, where they are responsible for ensuring that all SOPs and cGMP requirements are followed, verifying that packaging labels are accurately printed, and comparing the specifications on the batch records against the completed product or packaged item for accuracy.
Mary Meraz has a diverse educational background. Mary obtained a High School Diploma from Baldwin Park High School in 2010. Following that, they earned certifications from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2016 for Quality Inspector, and in 2019 for Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2022, they earned a Certification in U.S. Professional Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance from Biopharma Institute.
