Joy Kabella has over 15 years of experience in payroll management and human resources. Currently serving as Payroll Manager and Human Resources Information System Specialist at Best Friends Animal Society since November 2018, Joy leverages extensive expertise in payroll and HR systems. Prior to this role, Joy worked at CSG Systems from September 2004 to December 2017 as a Customer Relationship Manager, demonstrating strong skills in client relations and management.
