Simon C.

Simon C. serves as Chief Technology Officer at BEST/Gift Group since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership. Previously, Simon C. held various key positions at the NSW Electoral Commission from February 2017 to July 2023, including Acting Executive Director of Information Services and Director of Business Systems. Prior to that, Simon C. was the Director of Information Services (CIO) and Manager of Business Systems at the Parliament of NSW from 2007 to February 2017. Simon C.'s career also includes a decade of freelance work as an IT Business Analyst and Programmer, as well as roles as a Solicitor in Intellectual Property at Telstra from 1993 to 1996, and Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills from 1991 to 1993. Academically, Simon C. holds a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Sydney and dual degrees in Law and Computer Science from Monash University.
