Joni Downing

Joni Downing is the managing partner, CFO and co-founder of Best Human Capital & Advisory Group. Joni has over 25 years of experience in human resources and management.

Downing began their career as a cashier and customer service supervisor at The Andersons, Inc. Joni then worked as a guest booker and personal assistant to Tom Griswold on The Bob & Tom Show for over 20 years. In 2014, they joined Pat McAfee Inc. as director of development and assistant to Pat McAfee.

In their current role at Best Human Capital & Advisory Group, Downing is responsible for providing financial and human resources consulting services to small businesses. Joni is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

Joni Downing has an associate's degree in business administration and management from The University of Toledo. Joni also has a high school diploma from Deerfield High School.
