Michael brings over 25 years of experience, including management, human resources, talent acquisition, project management, and as an owner/operator of his own business; in small, medium, and large enterprises; both private and publicly traded companies. Michael understands and can relate to executive business leaders’ challenges and struggles, making him uniquely qualified to advise on the BEST solutions for client’s future growth. Joining BEST’s operations at launch as its first stakeholder, Michael is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources, developed our WR2 HR Analysis, leads the Strategic Human Resource Solutions practice and serves as a practice leader for executive search in 5 of the 11 niche industries including Manufacturing & PPE, Packaging & Containers, Restructuring & Crisis Management, Retail & Wholesale, and Tabletop Games. Michael possesses both a PHR and SHRM-SCP, bringing a broad experience in the many disciplines of Human Resources. He is a member of the Game Manufacturer’s Association (GAMA) serving on several committees, AmericanHort, the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the local chapter of IndySHRM. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University with an emphasis in Human Resources.
