Allison Winokur

Allison Winokur has held a variety of roles in the healthcare industry since 2012. Allison began their career as a Finance Summer Intern at Yale New Haven Health System in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an Operations Consultant I and an Administrative Resident for the Project Management Office at LifeBridge Health. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System as a Clinical Business Manager and Manager, Patient Logistics. In 2019, they moved back to LifeBridge Health as the Deputy Chief Of Staff. In 2020, they became the Vice President Operations at Convergence Telehealth. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Best In Class MD (BICMD).

Allison Winokur obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut in 2013. Allison then went on to pursue a Master of Health Administration from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, which they completed in 2015. In 2017, they became a Team STEPPS Master Trainer through Official AHRQ TeamSTEPPS and, in 2018, obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Sarasota Memorial Health Care System.
