Operations Team

The Operations Team at Best Lighting Products oversees the end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes. The Factory Manager ensures efficient production operations, while the Inventory Control Manager manages stock levels to align with customer demand. Warehouse Workers handle the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and Assemblers are responsible for putting together the lighting products. Together, they ensure timely and high-quality delivery of BLP's extensive product line to OEM customers.
