Jason Nelms

Jason Nelms is a 26-year professional in both the construction and manufacturing industries. Jason has expertise in oil and gas manufacturing, specializing in hydraulic frac pumps and flowline products. Jason’s successful career experience allows him to apply best practices from privately held and large multinational public companies, such as National Oilwell Varco, FMC Technologies, Gardner Denver, and 3M. While taking a people-first approach to leadership, Jason is also a volunteer who believes in giving back to his community and veterans. Jason is a proud Texan and an avid outdoorsman who passionately drives ESG initiatives throughout his organization. Jason has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University at Englar College of Business and a Master’s in Business Administration from Texas Tech University at Rawls College of Business.
