Karen Keller possesses extensive experience in concierge services and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Concierge at Best Upon Request since July 2020 and enhancing the guest experience for top VIP guests at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza since July 2018, Karen excels in hospitality. As the State Director for the Ohio Chapter of the March of Dimes since January 2004, responsibilities include overseeing major fundraising initiatives, mission communications, and volunteer development across various Ohio markets. Previously held the position of VP of Destination Services at the Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau from 2002 to 2004, overseeing Convention Services, Housing departments, and visitor services. Karen's career in the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau spanned from 1980 to 2004, culminating in the role of Vice President of Destination Services. Karen is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati.
