Jodi Benson, CHT, currently serves as the Hotel Sales Optimization Manager for the SureStay® Hotel Group at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts, focusing on on-boarding sales training and consulting to boost revenue for hotels in the Eastern United States. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Jodi has held various sales leadership roles, including Area Director of Sales at Red Roof Inn Corporate Portfolio and Director of Sales at Curtiss Hotel. Previous positions include work with Erie County Department of Health as a Vaccine Scheduler/Scribe Coordinator and Director of Development and Community Relations at Robitaille Real Estate. Jodi's career is characterized by a proven track record of driving revenue, building client relationships, and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies across multiple organizations and hotel brands. Education includes attendance at University at Buffalo and Hilbert College.
