Shanon Jones

Shanon Jones, CRME, CHRM, CHIA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Revenue for Hire Programs at Best Western Hotels & Resorts since April 2013, with a history of progressive roles including Manager and Property Revenue Manager. Prior experience encompasses a position as Regional Director of Revenue Management at Pacifica Host Hotels, where responsibilities involved managing a portfolio of hotels to maximize revenue, and as Revenue Optimization Manager at TRAVELCLICK, overseeing revenue strategies for 150 hotels. Shanon's career also includes roles at Expedia, Omni Tucson National Golf Resort and Spa, Costa Mesa Marriott, and Marriott Hotel, with expertise in revenue management, market analysis, and team leadership. Shanon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.
