Shannon Heard has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeastern University and has held various roles such as Sales Lead & Wine Consultant at Barclay's Wine, Career Services Advisor at Kaplan College-Vista, Student Enrichment Advisor at the College of Western Idaho, and currently works at Bestbath as an Assistant Project Manager. At Bestbath, Shannon has taken on roles such as Senior Sales Project Coordinator, Senior Sales Account Specialist, Sales Account Specialist II, and Sales Operations Specialist, where Shannon is responsible for managing complex orders, ensuring accuracy in drawing submittals, and collaborating with team members for customer satisfaction. Shannon also trains new employees, develops SOPs, and leads continuous improvement projects within their department.
