Billie Cartwright

Billie Cartwright is an experienced Addictionologist at BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. since February 2015, and served as a Certified Physician Assistant at Mosaic Medical Clinic from July 2011 to June 2019, focusing on clinical care in Internal Medicine. Billie holds a Doctor of Behavioral Health degree with a specialization in Behavioral Aspects of Health from Arizona State University, attained between 2012 and 2017, and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Duke University School of Medicine, completed from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, Billie has completed training at the National Guard Officer Candidate School.
