Diane Ross

Diane Ross has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Diane is currently the Human Resources Director at BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. and has been in this position since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Management Consultant at BEST Human Resources Consulting Services starting in January 2019. From September 2015 to December 2018, they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Central Oregon Community College. Diane was also the Human Resources Manager at Black Butte Ranch from March 2012 to July 2015. Before that, they worked as the Caregiver Relations Specialist at St. Charles Health System from November 2010 to December 2011. Diane's earlier experience includes being the former HR Director at Bonner General Hospital from 2007 to 2010, and serving as a Healthcare Recruiter and Director of Human Resources at Northern Arizona Healthcare from February 1997 to April 2007.

Diane Ross obtained a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, where they attended from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their degrees, Diane also holds a certification in SHRM-CP, which they obtained from SHRM in July 2017.
