BestDayHR
The two biggest threats to the workplace are the lack of skilled employees, based on changing demographics, and the vastly changing attitudes of employees demanding engaged workplaces where they can thrive. Small to medium-sized organizations typically do not have the resources or even HR departments to help create engaged work cultures that keep talented employees. BestDayHR provides expertise and assistance through a subscription web-based software service that focuses organizations on the whole employee talent life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding) and includes unique engagement, growth and recognition tools meant for all employees, not just HR, to utilize.
