Fatema M.

Fatema M. serves as the Head of HR and Finance and Co-Founder at Besthive Pakistan since January 2011, overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, and account management while handling various HR functions such as payroll, employee development, and recruitment. Fatema is also a Co-Founder at Besthive Pakistan & Netcontrive since February 2012 and previously organized events as an Event Organizer/Project Planner at BRN Communications, notably coordinating the 'Lead On' Seminar for Novartis Pharma Pak. An Academic and Content Writer at Academia-research from January 2007 to January 2012, Fatema produced diverse academic literature. During an internship at Novartis in early 2009, experience was gained in finance, marketing, and HR departments. Fatema holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration with a focus on Finance from Bahria University.
