Shelley Seavers, M.Ed. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Health Technician at the Department of Defense Dependents' Schools in 2000. Shelley then moved on to the United States Air Force as Education & Training Manager in 2004. In 2010, they took on the role of Training Specialist at the United States Department of Defense. In 2011, they became an Instructional Systems Designer at Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, USAF, where they designed and developed USAF-wide ancillary training. In 2013, they took on a role as Associate Director/Professional Writer at JumpStart Resumes, where they specialized in crafting military-to-civilian resumes and Federal resumes. Later that year, they became a GED Instructor at North East Independent School District. In 2019, they were appointed Education Director at San Antonio Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America. In 2020, they were appointed Proposal Manager, Director of Proposal Development, and Director of Proposal Development at Bestica Inc. Her current role is Program Manager at STS Government Solutions, LLC, which they began in 2022.
Shelley Seavers, M.Ed. began their educational journey in 2005 when they attended Colorado State University and obtained their M. Ed. in Adult Education & Training/Distance Learning Technologies. In 2006, they returned to Colorado State University to pursue a Master's of Education in Human Resources Studies with a Specialization in Adult Education, which they completed in 2009. In November 2021, they obtained an APMP® Bid and Proposal Management Foundation 2021 certification from APMG International.
