Jeff Daniels has been working in the customer service and sales industry since 1995. Jeff began their career as a Sales Representative at LexisNexis® Sheshunoff™ in 1995. In 1998, they became an Associate Editor at Construction Data News, where they were responsible for researching public construction projects and creating and editing content descriptions for a bi-weekly news publication. In 2002, they moved to E Communication Advantage as an Inside Sales Representative, selling software and legislative information services to established client base. Jeff then joined the Texas Hospital Association in 2009 as a Service Center Specialist, where they were responsible for member relations, customer support, political contribution processing, and database entry. In 2016, they started working at Visio Lending as a Customer Service Representative, pre-screening borrowers and broker approvals for the lending company. Finally, in 2018, they became a Customer Service Specialist at BestLine Solutions.

Jeff Daniels attended the University of Texas at Austin from 1982 to 1988, where they obtained a BA in English Language and Literature/Letters. Jeff also completed a Liberal Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin in English Language and Literature/Letters.
