Kristen Francom

Director of Customer Success and Outcomes at BestNotes

Kristen Francom has worked in several roles throughout their career. In 2021, they began working as an Editor for Southern Idaho Kids Magazine. In 2023, they became the Director of Customer Success and Outcomes at BestNotes. From 2016 to 2023, they were the Director of OutcomeTools for BestNotes, LLC. From 2011 to 2016, they were the Implementation Specialist at BestNotes and the Director of Implementation, where they managed a team of 5 implementers, provided support and training for customers, and was in charge of 10 to 15 new companies or accounts at any given time. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as the Office Manager and Assistant to the Office of the CIO and HR Training Specialist at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Finally, from 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Student Secretary at BYU-Idaho, where they organized agenda for weekly meetings with student directors, answered the phone, and filed and organized office.

Kristen Francom completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2006. Prior to that, they attended Cookeville High School from 1998 to 2002.
