Jose Miguel Hernandez Montes de Oca has over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as Production Manager and previously holding roles such as Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator and Manufacturing Engineer & Product OE at Bestop, Inc. since July 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Production Engineer at Magna CarTopSystems from July 2009 to July 2011. Jose Miguel holds a Licentiate degree in Manufactura Avanzada from Instituto Tecnológico de Toluca, earned between 2003 and 2008.
