Ryan Tauss is a design leader with over a decade of experience across higher education, non-profits, global brands, and startups, specializing in human-centered design principles to create meaningful outcomes. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Bestow, Ryan focuses on leading UX through organizational growth and fostering a strong design team. Previously, Ryan held roles at Tide Cleaners, where they advanced product design strategy, and Life.Church, where they contributed to significant branding transitions and led various design projects. Ryan's journey began with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Oklahoma State University, complemented by a minor in marketing.
