Bestr is an Australian social enterprise reimagining how people and pets share spaces. We help councils, businesses, and property managers create safe, compliant, and enjoyable pet-friendly environments through a system of digital tools, and behaviour-backed information resources.

Our first solution, Bestr Zones, provides clear, accessible rules and guidance for parks, venues, and shared spaces. Our digital tools complement existing technology and in-space physical products to make pet-friendly spaces easier to navigate, safer for communities, and better aligned with compliance requirements.

Alongside this, we are developing further solutions that will extend our approach to supporting pet ownership, property management, and community life. These will build on the same foundation of behavioural science, legal expertise, and technology to make pet-friendly living more consistent, fair, and accessible.

Our mission is to improve coexistence between people and pets, supporting safer communities, happier owners, and better outcomes for animals.
