Jessica Kisters

Jessica Kisters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and logistics, currently serving as Head of Warehouse Transformation and previously as Teamlead Quality Management and Quality Manager Logistics at BestSecret Group since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Quality Assurance Specialist Europe and Junior Quality Assurance Specialist Europe at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions from August 2017 to March 2020, as well as an internship in Supply Chain Management at the same company in 2016. Jessica Kisters holds a Master of Arts in ERP Systems and Business Process Management from FH Kufstein Tirol, obtained between 2020 and 2022, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Studies from Aachen University of Applied Sciences, earned in 2016.
