Paige Szarafin

Paige Szarafin is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and behavioral health, currently serving as a Targeted Case Manager at BestSelf Behavioral Health since May 2022. With prior experience as a Social Work Assistant at the Erie County Medical Center Corporation, Paige has demonstrated expertise in assisting residents in navigating medical and social history, advocating for patient needs, and resolving post-discharge barriers. Previous roles include another stint as a Targeted Case Manager at BestSelf, where referral and crisis intervention were key responsibilities, as well as involvement in significant research initiatives focused on substance use and resilience strategies at the University at Buffalo. Paige holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the same institution.
