Pamela Formoso

Pamela Formoso has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and HRIS management. Pamela began their career at People Inc. in 2010, holding various roles including Retail Specialist, Training Analyst, Receptionist, Bookkeeper, HR Analyst, and ultimately HRIS Manager. In 2022, they transitioned to BestSelf Behavioral Health as the HRIS & Compliance Manager before being promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition & HRIS later that year.

Pamela Formoso holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryant & Stratton College (2009-2010), followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University at Buffalo (2011-2014). Pamela then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management at Medaille University (2015-2017). In 2019, they completed the Rising Leaders Class of 2019 certification from Leadership Buffalo.
