Inka Kretschmer

Inka Kretschmer is a seasoned professional with significant experience in coaching and organizational development. As the Co-Founder and Head of Coaching Experience at Leader Labs, Kretschmer plays a pivotal role in shaping coaching methodologies. Kretschmer also co-founded Strengths Circle and served as an Associate at Bacon6, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous experience includes holding the position of Senior Consultant on the People Development Team and Director at Mindmatters Coaching. Academically, Kretschmer holds a Master's degree in Sinology and Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and an MA in China Area Studies from SOAS University of London.
