Prior to that, they served as the General Manager - Business Head Garment Division China at PG Group Shanghai-Norwest Group, where they managed a team of over 50 individuals and worked with numerous license brands. renuka also held the position of General Manager at Grupo Kaybee, where they introduced supply chain management systems and managed relationships with vendors. Additionally, they were the Business Head at Steve & Barry's, overseeing global sourcing and merchandising activities. At Dudani Exports Private Limited, they were the Business Head of Sourcing & Merchandising and worked with various buyers and brands internationally.
