Rupesh Mor is a highly experienced professional in the textile industry, currently serving as a Materials Management Specialist at BESTSELLER since December 2021 and as a Sourcing Merchandiser at Gap Inc. since December 2017. With a strong focus on managing seasonal fabrics for the Old Navy brand, Rupesh has successfully executed numerous developments each season, significantly improving adoption ratios and collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate order cancellations. Prior experience includes leadership roles in sourcing at Shahi Exports Pvt Ltd, where Rupesh managed a $25M annual fabric sourcing business, and positions in quality assurance and fabric sourcing at Blackberrys Menswear and other textile companies. Rupesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology from The Technological Institute of Textiles & Sciences.
