Teodora Nicolae

Teodora Nicolae is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT at Millenium Pro Design since April 2019. In this role, Teodora oversees IT operations, develops and implements strategic initiatives, and manages a team of 20 IT professionals. High-impact projects, such as ERP system upgrades and CRM implementations, have been successfully executed under Teodora's leadership, while achieving cost efficiencies through effective budget management. Prior to this position, Teodora held the role of Head of Business Intelligence at Millenium Pro Design and worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Inspari A/S. Teodora began an IT career as a Reporting Developer at Millenium Pro Design and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computers and Information Technology from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
