Magnus Strange

Magnus Strange is currently the Director of Operations at Onsupport Corporation. Magnus has over fifteen years of experience in the IT field, with the majority of their experience being in management positions.

Strange began their career in January 2007 as an IT Manager at Timberline1. Magnus was responsible for technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment consisting of 250+ end user systems. This included system crashes, slow-downs, data recoveries, and engaging and tracking Priority 1 issues. Strange was also responsible for the timely documentation, resolution, and closure of trouble tickets. Magnus also maintained Active Directory and DFS, created and maintained all user accounts and profiles (roaming included), managed backups, created vendor relationships, and tested all technology and software before implementation.

In June 2011, Strange left Timberline1 to join Onsupport Corporation as their Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including IT. Under their leadership, Onsupport Corporation has seen significant growth and is now one of the leading IT support companies in the United States.

Magnus Strange has an associate's degree in information technology from the Southwest Institute of Technology and academic credentials from Cedar Cliff High School.

They work with Randy Steinle - Vice President, Jeremy Sadler - Sr. Consultant Compliance and Risk. Brittany Johns - Office Administrator, Tommy Diaz - Network Engineer, and Stephen Fox - Network Engineer report to Magnus Strange. Magnus Strange reports to Masako Canada, CFO/Owner.
