In 2021, they were promoted to the position of Managing Director at Bestway Cement Limited. Throughout their career, they have also held directorial positions at MAP Rice Mills (Pvt.) Limited, White Pearl Foods (Pvt.) Limited, Bestway Spinning Limited, and Bestway Power Limited. Additionally, they served as a Trustee at Bestway Foundation. During their time at Pakcem Limited, now merged into Bestway Cement Limited, they were the Director Finance & CFO, overseeing the finance, IT, and communications departments.
Irfan Sheikh's education history begins with their time at Crescent Model School in Lahore, Pakistan, from 1973 to 1983. Irfan then attended Forman Christian College in Lahore, Pakistan, from 1983 to 1985, where they studied commerce at the intermediate level.
