Mehran Ali - CHRP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Mehran has served as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Org. Development at Bestway Cement Limited, overseeing the talent and organizational development functions of various companies within the Bestway Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Manager HR at Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and recruitment. Mehran also held the position of Group Assistant Manager HR at Ghulam Faruque Group of Companies, managing HR functions for multiple companies within the group. Additionally, Mehran has experience as an Assistant Manager HR at Crescent Bahuman Limited and LINKdotNET Telecom - Mobilink Infinity. Mehran started their career as a Management Trainee at Crescent Commercial Bank. Throughout their career, Mehran has demonstrated skills in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.

Mehran Ali - CHRP completed their Master's degree in Business Administration from the University Of Central Punjab between 2007 and 2010. In 2013, they obtained the International Certified Human Resource Practitioner certification from Concord Certification Corporation Canada. During the same year, they also pursued a course in Human Capital Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) with a focus on Human Resource Management.
