Denise Goldby

Denise Goldby serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Solar Group since March 2022 and has held the position of Head of Sustainability at Solar Danmark A/S since January 2009, focusing on sustainable business development and ESG reporting. Goldby also has experience as Head of Customer Centers East and previously occupied roles such as OHS Manager and General Manager at Solar Denmark. In conjunction with current board roles, Goldby is a member of the strategic group at Bestyrelseskvinder, promoting diversity in board memberships. Goldby’s educational background includes an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and various degrees related to organization, management, international sales, and trade training.
