Hai D. has over 10 years of work experience in the field of DevOps and SRE. In 2011, they began their career as a System Integration Engineer at Advanced Network Systems Vietnam. In 2016, they became Deputy of SysAdmin at ICD Group Limited. In 2017, they worked as a DevOps Engineer/AWS Architect at CO-WELL Asia and as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Netcompany. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at TomoChain Lab Pte. Ltd., Fortna, and LINAGORA. In 2021, they were the DevOps Manager at VNDIRECT Securities Corporation and Head of SRE at Belle.ai. Currently, they are a Senior DevOps Engineer at Prophet Exchange.

Hai D. has an extensive education history. In 2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Transport and Communicate. In 2015, they obtained a CIM8 Genesys Troubleshooting for Support Certification from Genesys University and a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from freeCodeCamp. Hai also obtained a Genesys Certified Professional Support certification from Genesys in 2015. In 2016, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Communication and Computer Networks from Vietnam National University, Hanoi. In 2017, they obtained a Serverless Concepts certification from Linux Academy, an AWS Concepts certification, and an AWS Backup Strategies certification. Hai also obtained a number of additional certifications from The Linux Foundation, NVIDIA, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Linux Academy, Scaled Agile, Inc., and Cisco.
