Alex Shaw has extensive experience in site reliability engineering, currently serving as the Site Reliability Engineering Technical Lead at bet365 since May 2014. Throughout the tenure at bet365, Alex has also held positions as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Observability Engineer, IT Operations Engineer, and Service Desk Technician. Prior to joining bet365, Alex worked as an IT & Telecoms Technician at Packet Media Limited from March 2013 to May 2014. Alex is a Microsoft Certified Professional, having completed training at Firebrand Training between 2013 and 2014.
